All Mad.Love.Creationss products are made-to-order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
We do cover you if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madlovecreations75@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Please double-check your size using our size guide before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.
